We are holding our first Holiday Food Drive benefiting our neighborhood food pantry, Bluffton Self Help. Beginning in early December and running through December 21st, we will be accepting nonperishable food items in our office at 60 Pennington Drive Bluffton in Sheridan Park. We welcome you to stop by for a visit and help Beacon Insurance Group help the families who need it most this holiday season.
Here is a list of items needed:
-Stews (Beef, Chicken and Dumplings)
-Peanut Butter and Jelly
-Macaroni and Cheese
Meat/High Protein Group
-Canned meats: ham, chicken, meat spreads
-Canned fish including tuna, salmon, sardines, other fish
-Nuts, and seeds
-Rice and Beans
-Puddings & custards
-Ensure food supplements
Fruits & Vegetables
-Canned fruits: peaches, pears, pineapples, applesauce, fruit cocktail
-Canned juices: apple, cranberry, tomato and vegetable
-Canned vegetables: green beans, peas, corn, tomatoes, potatoes
Breads, Cereals and Pasta
-Hot and cold breakfast cereals, including oatmeal, grits and cream of wheat
-Baking mixes: pancake, corn bread, cake mixes/icing, quick breads
-Pastas and canned sauces

It is that time of the year again, the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Everyone and their brother are out shopping for their loved ones and spending every penny they have saved throughout the year.
